Cancellation Policy
Regarding nonrefundable deposits and cancellations: Nonrefundable deposits will be used to secure an appointment and will be applicable to the service price. Cancellations may be made online up to 24 hours prior to appointment and the nonrefundable deposit will be used to secure a rescheduled appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in forfeit of deposit and an additional deposit will be required to secure a following appointment. All services are final. I do not offer refunds as my time and product has been applied. I do offer a free fix 4 days post appointment. If client is 15 mins late without contacting me, the appointment will be cancelled and client will need to rebook an appointment with an additional deposit. Please contact me if you are going to be late and I will hold your appointment. 🙂
